| Rochester area lost and found: Report your lost
bird to us and we'll post it, no charge. Paul@Birdsunltd.com
2009 was a record year for lost
and found birds. There have been multiple African Greys loose, a macaw, lots of keets and
cockatiels as well. C'mon people...trim 'em! Even with trimmed wings birds fly too
well. One of the lost birds had clipped wings but
outside caught some wind and it is gone. If you think your bird likes you so much that it
won't fly away or that it will come back to you if it does fly off, it doesn't. If you
feel you must take your bird outside and it's not in a cage, is it for the birds enjoyment
or is it because you like the attention when people see you with the bird. If
the bird hasn't flown off you yet... it will.
The Rochester Democrat & Chronicle will
post found ads for three days at no cost as well.
Trim your birds wings so they won't show up on
this page. |
